Nick was instrumental in helping me purchase my first home from the beginning to the closing date. Once I expressed interest in a property, Nick would send me info without being prompted (e.g. when the furnace and windows were replaced). He would offer multiple referrals (loan officer, home inspector) to get me started. I ended up choosing one of his referrals after doing my own research. Despite internet saying you should not trust referrals from a real estate agent, my experience with Nick has been excellent. I started the home purchasing process with zero prior knowledge and Nick patiently educated me every step of the way. From what to look for (water damage, window condensation) to the lifespan of appliances, I learned a lot working with him. Cannot recommend enough.

Miesha initially had an interview with family advocate and met with the family in person and via Zoom to present responsibilities as an agent of Weichert. She walked us through the entire process and gave feedback regarding the house and the land for sale. A projected time line to sell the home was different from the land if they weren't sold together. The marketing process began with pictures, communication within Weichert and other agents. The pictures postings were amazing and the property was listed. Miesha recognized the sensitivy and challenges of selling the family home and made accommodations per the family's request to build a rapport and develop the agent/ family trust and relationship. To our surprise an offer was made immediately for the house. Miesha assisted us with contractors who prepared the house for inspections, fixing violations up to code, clearance and cleaning. Whenever the family wasn't available Miesha took the lead. Miesha knew the policies/ procedures as a Weichert agent and received assistance from her team as needed. We are sorry we had to sell the family home which holds forever memories but we are elated the house sold quickly for the asking price and the buyers were please with their purchase.
