This is our fourth real estate transaction with Mike Butterworth, and once again he delivered as promised. He has always worked hard for our financial benefit, and this time negotiated a price much better than we had anticipated going into the process. I have always been favorably impressed with the way he communicates with his clients and is virtually always instantly responsive to our questions and comments. He is a true professional, and I cannot imagine going through a real estate deal with anyone else.

Mike has been great to work with. He’s extremely communicative and easy to reach, all the way through move-in day. In the house-hunting process, Mike was always available to view properties on short notice. We really felt that he had our best interests at heart, and he felt like a good friend and realtor all rolled into one. Would absolutely work with Mike again in the future!

Steven was not only a great realtor, but also a friend. He was there every step of the way. He was quick to respond and always went above and beyond to get us into viewings as soon as possible. Always was direct with what he was going to do and quick with suggestions that would ultimately improve our house hunting. Absolutely would recommend Steven 10/10 times and then some. Steven was amazing, we couldn’t thank you enough for helping us finally find our home after so many ups and downs.

Mike is a resourceful, dedicated agent who gives more than 100% to his clients. He cares about his clients as people so he’s invested in making sure you get the best deal and the deal closes. Always professional, Mike even helped with things above and beyond what most other realtors would.

Deb Mara was exceptional from start to finish. She sold my home at the asking price on the first day it was listed. I was impressed that she had a strategy in place prior to listing and did not rely on luck or open houses. She stayed in contact and was accessible in difficult moments, helping with every aspect of the process. Definitely 5 stars.

Mary Bueti has done an excellent job with the selling of my home. Not only did she sell it very quickly but got above my asking price to boot!
