Lynne understood my situation of being a recent 82 year old widow living in a four bedroom house in need of some repairs and decluttering. Gave me the names of repair men and a wonderful company to remove all of the unnecessary things some of which were given to charities instead of taken to the junk dealer which made me happy to see my things reused. Lynne always answered my call or text message almost immediately. When it came to setting a price for the house she was realistic and in the my house sold for much more than I expected. Lynne's communication was wonderful and easy for me to understand the present real estate market. The house sold in two days. As I was not always able to drive Lynne came to my home and after I moved she came to my apartment with the necessary papers that I had to sign. I would recommend Lynne Kelleher to anyone who needs to sell their home. Lynne was tops with me!!!

We knew the Minskys were very successful at selling homes in our area and had heard glowing reports of their successes. They delivered for us just as they had for others. They understood our needs to moving needs and made sure we were all in agreement re the sale of our house. Lisa maintained almost daily communication with us and was able to connect us with a buyer within a little over a week. We enjoyed a warm, friendly relationship with the two of them.
