Nate’s approach to selling my home was spot on! It worked well for me since my preference was to completely move from my home before it was marketed. The on-line updates in terms of scheduled showings and feedback were very helpful. Several offers in a very short time led to a smooth settlement process. If you want someone to tromp through woods, through practically abandoned structures Chris is your man. Over 3 years to find the right place and he stuck with us till the end. He was communicative in the search process, helpful in sending possible matches, worked within our parameters for price, location, amenities. On-site in showings he was very knowledgeable and pointed out things we may have otherwise overlooked, while allowing us space to “feel” each property out. He was professional, warm, and helpful. Jess was friendly and helpful before we even got started. I told a neighbor that if she could quickly re-sell a house around the corner that had some buyer issues I was hiring her. We met and walked through house and she asked my goals and appetite for any fixes needed and coached me on what not to worry about addressing until later if needed. Communicated throughout and helped with clean out and staging ideas and photo shoot. Openly shared comps and information on houses not sold yet but what the ‘under contract’ sale price was do we could price house appropriately to increase showings and have an understanding of possible upside on the price if there was good interest. Jess communicated throughout the process with quick texts, phone calls or visits. This lasted beyond the closing - and while there’s always a worry of something falling through or hitting a snag she helped direct and calm any worries I may have had. My part of closing was done prior to actual closing allowing me to leave the house empty and on my timeframe to move items to new location. I would totally recommend Jess to anyone interested in selling or buying.
