Lynne understood my situation of being a recent 82 year old widow living in a four bedroom house in need of some repairs and decluttering. Gave me the names of repair men and a wonderful company to remove all of the unnecessary things some of which were given to charities instead of taken to the junk dealer which made me happy to see my things reused.
