Kim Rock and her team did a fantastic job selling my father's house for us. This was a long distance transaction for us since I was handling the transaction for my father and I live on the west coast. I met Kim in person one time and everything else was done remotely. She and her team located and managed the contractors, cleaners and other professionals we needed to prep the house for sale. They recommended an appropriate listing price and marketing strategy. Kim's marketing and pricing strategy resulted in multiple offers and a quick close. From signing the listing agreement to completed close was just under 60 days including home cleanout and repairs. Finally, they handled a remote closing seamlessly. What makes this even more special is that this was not a high value property and we still received concierge level service. I highly recommend Kim and her team.
