Kim Rock is a licensed real estate agent with over 16 years of experience in the industry. She runs The Kim Rock Group, a full service team of 10 real estate agents and 3 full time administrative staff, based in Langhorne, PA and serving clients in both PA and NJ. Born and raised in Bucks County, Kim has always had a passion for real estate. After earning a degree in marketing from Penn State University, she began her career in sales and marketing, where she honed her skills in client relations, negotiation, and problem-solving. In 2007, after purchasing a few of her own investment properties, she decided to follow her passion and transitioned to the real estate industry. Over the years, Kim has gained extensive experience in a range of real estate services, including buying and selling residential properties, investment properties, new construction, and relocation services. Kim has established herself as a top-performing agent, #1 in her office and top 1% in the county. She has earned numerous accolades (Philly Magazine Top Agent, Bucks Happening Finalist, HulaFrog Top Agent, Real Producers Magazine Top Agent) for her outstanding service and sales performance. She has been recognized as one of the top 200 agents in Keller Williams (out of almost 200k agents) and is in Gary Keller's personal mastermind group. It was a pleasure dealing with the Kim Rock Group! They provided very timely answers to all our questions and gave great advice to help my wife, and I navigate the real estate sales process. In addition, Kim was able to recommend cleaners, handymen, etc. to help us prepare our house for sale. I think most importantly, Kim and her staff instilled a feeling of confidence, making the whole process less stressful and more comfortable.

Kim was amazing to work with!

Kim was amazing to work with. We had a very complex sale of my father’s home years after his passing. She was able to clear up all estate paperwork issues and meet closing without a problem. Kim is very friendly personable and a great realtor.
