We are not first time homebuyers so we knew what’s at stake buying a house and the stress one can endure with the bidding, negotiating, and the overall experience. But she was there with us along the way, and Alex seamlessly made it so easy finding a house that we found ourselves moving into our new home sooner than we expected. I don't even know where to start. Carolyn made the entire process seamless and took on a lot more than yourselves average agent would. She makes herself available day and night, making sure to keep you in the loop every step of the way. She provides helpful thoughtful information and has knowledge to provide insightful feedback. She is super sweet and came out to my house several times to provide boxes, help with cleaning and maintenance, and assist with paperwork. You can't get anyone better than Carolyn Phillips!
