From the start of the process of preparing the house to enter the market , Harry was a tremendous resource for advice on working a budget and priority list of things to be attended to in order to get the home ready to enter the market . He was very happy to meet with us a number of times throughout this process before even signing the actual listing contract . He was diligent at arranging for his photographer to showcase the the home’s potential, and quickly getting it onto the online marketplace. And after we received our first offer , he was very proactive in letting all agents that shown the home previously that we had an offer on the table we were considering , which resulted in us getting an offer which was considerably much more attractive. He also checked with each offering potential buyers mortgage company to advise me on their financial status . From that point on everything went extremely smoothly throughout the closing process . We are greatly impressed and appreciative of his professionalism, and knowledgeable guidance throughout this process.
