From the start of the process of preparing the house to enter the market , Harry was a tremendous resource for advice on working a budget and priority list of things to be attended to in order to get the home ready to enter the market . He was very happy to meet with us a number of times throughout this process before even signing the actual listing contract . And after we received our first offer , he was very proactive in letting all agents that shown the home previously that we had an offer on the table we were considering , which resulted in us getting an offer which was considerably much more attractive.
