REMAX Properties Ltd | Newtown

Angela Marchese is an incredible realtor. Throughout the entire process from preparing the house for sale to settlement, Angela provided valuable information on a timely basis. She always returned my calls, texts, and emails quickly, even if it was 9 pm at night or on the weekend. She gave me invaluable support in preparing the house for sale and emptying it after sale which was so helpful as I am not from the local area. Angela’s long term knowledge of the local real estate market was invaluable. She staged the house attractively, priced the house appropriately, and posted quality photos and videos of the house to generate interest. Her marketing of the house really delivered results: we had multiple offers, over asking price, in just several days. A consummate professional, Angela cares about her clients and always goes the extra mile. Selling my father’s house was an emotional process for our family, but Angela always treated us with empathy and kindness. Anyone would be so fortunate to have Angela as their realtor.

Angela recently sold our home for us. It was a bit of complicated property with various easements. Angela made it simple for us. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and we currently are trusting us with the sale of a second property we have. In addition, we have recommended her to our neighbor who is entertaining the sale of her house. I've worked with numerous realtors buying and selling investment properties over the years and Angela is one of the best, if not the best, I've worked with.

Angela has many years of experience in the Newtown and Bucks County area. She also has many contacts that helped me with the preparation of my house for sale. I was fortunate enough to my house in April and sell by the end of May and move into my independent living facility.

Jeff went above and beyond to help ensure a good sale at a very slow time. Helped make what is an inherently a stressful and difficult process that much easier. I very much appreciated is experience, insight and also his ability to help with some minor repairs and inspections needed around the apartment. I don't think you can go wrong if you choose Jeff as your selling agent.

Ten years ago, we were in the market for our first home and had no idea where to start. We came across Jeff’s website and reached out for help. From day one, Jeff was patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire buying process so much easier for us as first-time homeowners. Ten years and two kids later, we had outgrown our townhome and decided it was time to sell and start a new search. Without a doubt, the first and only person I called was Jeff. Over the years, he never lost touch — always checking in, sending updates, and even reaching out around the holidays to say Happy Thanksgiving or Merry Christmas. Jeff is everything you could ask for in a realtor: honest, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping his clients. He doesn’t just sell houses — he builds relationships. If you’re in the market and want someone who will have your back and keep it real with you, Jeff is your guy!
