Apryl is simply the best realtor and human! I would give her 10 stars if that’s poossible. She was very professional, kind, and listened to all my needs and wants. In the end, she was able to get our house sold (at a higher than ask price). This is the second time she sold one of my properties and we got both properties under contract within less than a week and over ask - if that’s not amazing I don’t know what is. Putting a house up for sale is a hard thing to do especially when it's the family house and the only house you've ever lived. It's not a big house, or flashy, actually it's a old house over a hundred years old with Good Bones and in need of TLC and upgrades. Last year my sister was selling her house and Apryl was the buyer's agent. My sister raved how much Apryl helped her and Apryl wasn't even her agent, she did more for my sister than her own agent as far as the care and compassion.
