I had a great selling experience with Joann Plate when selling my home. I was very pleased with the final outcome as she was very knowledgeable about the current market and the process and answered all my questions as I was not familiar with all the details involved in selling a home. Joann walked me through each step, helped with recommendations for vendors or other items I would need in the whole process. As I was not in the area anymore and did a lot of the communication from a distance, Joann went above and beyond helping me and doing those little things that I couldn't do because I was not geographically close. Aside from the very favorable outcome of the transaction, the tons of extra work that she did for me that frankly shouldn't be expected or really required by an agent is what stuck out for me and was really key to me getting to the finish line on the sale. I was very appreciative of all that "outside the norm" work that she helped me with as well as completing the sale with a great result. A 5 star experience and result and would recommend her to anyone who would ask!
