Nick Trubilla was truly exceptional throughout our entire home buying and selling experience. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond what we could have ever expected from a real estate agent. He was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly for our family. What stood out the most was how willing Nick was to help with absolutely anything we needed. During our inspection, he even offered to walk our dogs. Nick also went the extra mile when it came to getting our house ready for the open house. He arranged for someone to come to our home and give us helpful tips and recommendations on how to present the house in the best possible way. He helped get everything set up and made the entire process feel much less overwhelming. He was also incredibly helpful navigating all of the township requirements, permits, inspections, and paperwork. He stayed on top of everything, made sure we knew what was needed, and constantly checked in to make sure we were on track. As we got closer to closing, Nick made sure every detail was handled so we could close on time. Buying and selling a home at the same time is stressful, but having Nick by our side made the process so much easier. At the end of the day, we’ll remember Nick as more than just the realtor who helped us buy and sell our home. He was someone we could count on during a very busy and stressful time for our family. What can I say about Nick that has not already been said. Nick is very helpful and it's very apparent that he takes his job seriously , does his research and really understands the workings of different homes and can lend guidance to prospective home buyers on things they should look out for, resources that they may be able to to get, even down to helping test the fire pit in my case. Even my family noted how helpful he was and that he seemed like a great agent just based on the limited time they spent with him during our home inspection. This home buying process has been overwhelming but not difficult with the help and support of Nick and his team and for that I'm thankful.
