Patricia Mozgai of REMAX Competitive Edge was our real estate agent for the sale of our home at 8 Windy Hill Rd, Metuchen, NJ. She was wonderful. We were compelled by circumstance to move out of state on short notice, so she had to handle the sale without us on site. She did it beautifully and kept us informed at every step. Since we were away, she had to attend to all the details of staging for an open house and viewing. She priced the house at a level that seemed high to us but immediately got offers at or above. She guided us through the nerve-wracking stages of accepting an offer, getting an initial contract, gathering the information requested by the buyers, and explained the many, many forms we had to fill out.
