Very polite and courteous help me along with closing process

Patricia helped me purchased my home back in 1999. I was very satisfied with her service. I decided to contact her when it's time to sell the same home. The process was very smooth, she helped resolve a few unexpected issues during my absence because I have to leave town prior to closing. The closing was on time as planned.
