She guided us through the nerve-wracking stages of accepting an offer, getting an initial contract, gathering the information requested by the buyers, and explained the many, many forms we had to fill out. She was our rock during negotiations and coordinated closely with us and our attorney to get to a final deal. What stood out most was how little we had to worry, despite handling this entire sale from a distance. Patricia treated our home like it was her own responsibility to protect, not just a listing to close. She was patient with our long-distance questions, quick to respond no matter the hour, and always a step ahead of problems before they became stressful. Given everything we had going on with the move itself, having an agent we could fully trust to manage things on the ground made all the difference. Patricia helped me purchased my home back in 1999. I was very satisfied with her service. I decided to contact her when it's time to sell the same home. The process was very smooth, she helped resolve a few unexpected issues during my absence because I have to leave town prior to closing. The closing was on time as planned.
