I had moved to the Boston area when my brother became ill and was in long term care so it was time to sell the house. Roberta made it easy for me even though I was far away. She managed the yard maintenance and quickly found a buyer. With my brother & sister both in long term care, Roberts managed a gaggle of attorneys to get the sale done quickly (in about 6 weeks). Couldn’t do it with her help! She’s fantastic!

Bobbie was instrumental in guiding me through the tough negotiations that ultimately lead to securing a home that was a perfect fit for us. Once our offer was accepted, Bobbie and Marcie also offered referrals for a lawyer, inspector, and mortgage broker, all of whom have also been accommodating and helpful. I feel truly grateful to have found Bobbie and Marcie for this experience. We feel very lucky and blessed as we now enjoy the perfect home they helped us find. Where do I start? My wife and I had a number we thought we should sell the home for. I had 9 different agents come to my home to assess the property and give me their thoughts on where we should list. All 9 agents lowballed my home so that they can have an easy sell and a quick commission. I then called my 10th agent. Johnny Guan. Johnny came in with his team spent several hours with my wife and I and explained every single situation that we were getting ready to encounter both good and bad. He then told us what he thought we should list the home at. My wife and I knew at that moment that we had found the right person to sell our home. Johnny explained to us that we didn't have to settle for an offer that we weren't happy with. We signed with Johnny that evening and two days later he brought another team in to take pictures, measure, shoot video and fly drones. It was an event!! We felt that he went above and beyond to document our home and show the future buyers why they needed to have our home at the price we wanted. We had multiple showings, potential buyers flew in from different parts of the country. My wife and I were floored at how Johnny marketed our property. Within the first week we had multiple offers. Johnny didn't just jump at the first high offer. He told us if we wanted to take that offer we could but we had a few more showings to go so lets wait and see what happens. We did and we received an offer that was substantially higher than any other that was on the table. Johnny walked us through closing and the move. He gave us the best advice from his years of being an agent and a real estate investor. I normally don't leave reviews of this length and this descriptive but for any one that is looking for an agent that is going to go the extra mile and actually cares about your pockets instead of their own Johnny Guan is the agent for you!!!
