From our initial phone call with Johhny Guan, we knew we had the right agent. His personality is the first thing you notice. He really put 100% effort into selling our home. Johnny knows the Real Estate Market in NJ perfectly. When my wife and I met with Johnny, he told us what he thought our house was worth and he delivered. He took total control of the process. From getting the house ready for sale, staging, and then dealing with the township for approvals, he did it all. He was ALWAYS reachable by phone and kept us "in the loop" every step of the way. His marketing program is top notch. His team even did a video showcasing our property. Our house was on the market for less than 10 days and sold for list price. Two houses next door have been on sale for months. Johnny Guan delivers. I would 100 percent (or more if possible) recommend Johnny Guan to sell your home.

Where do I start? My wife and I had a number we thought we should sell the home for. I had 9 different agents come to my home to assess the property and give me their thoughts on where we should list. Johny Guan is very good real estate agent; unfortunately, lol this particular sale experience was just the worst one but this very knowledgeable REA managed all very well it! Always smiling, immensely strong and smart, this real-estate agent will certainly make your sale fly-through, and you will stay in awe! However, ensure things are recorded down the paper and there will be no "surprises" at the end! Make sure you read it and it’s in your hands whether to make it happen the best way - “JG way”
