Gail was our realtor through the whole of our very complex four month house buying process (one prospective purchases failed inspection, and the sellers then delayed closing on the property we did eventually buy). Throughout the whole process, Gail was extremely knowledgeable, gave us great advice in navigating all of the complex transactions, and where necessary fought our corner tenaciously. She was amazingly responsive - almost always immediately available to answer our many questions, and quickly and efficiently schedule appointments and viewings. And even more importantly, she was always friendly and fun to work with. In short, she was everything we could have asked for in a realtor, and we would heartily recommend her to anyone.
