Kevin made the entire process a breeze. He would contact me continuously to keep me updated on the open houses and the interest generated. Every detail was relayed to me through out the process. He answered all of my questions immediately. Kevin was confidence inspiring and was very positive through out the listing and the sale. He did things above and beyond his responsibilities, such as patch a small outlet hole in the kitchen the buyer wanted, as well as move the washer and dryer, and a large storage rack down to the storage area because the seller had requested this. He also saw to it that all of the items on the punch list were addressed. The condo sold quickly and this, I firmly believe, was because of Kevin's tenacity and his focus. Susanne was very patient and accommodating to seller, assisted the seller in renovation of house before putting it out for sale.
Never visiting Boston or actually looking for a home there was overwhelming. We made several trips there over different weeks to hopefully find the perfect place. John helped us to look at numerous houses explaining what to look for and what not to look for. We looked on-line and found a few but he was quick to send us a website with all the local condos for sale within the areas that we were looking at. He even was able to point to a few that were coming on the market shortly. He really listened to what we were looking for and having lived in the same area before was able to point in the right direction on several places. He helped by understanding our needs and limitations while looking for our wants and wishes. In the end, am not sure how many condo's we actually looked at but it was several. Ultimately we were able to find a great place that we will have for a very long time. All of the staff we worked with were helpful and made us feel welcome to our new home.
I inherited a property involved in a "Life Estate". Well, my late wife and late brother in law inherited it, I'm dealing with their estates. Everything was a mess, the house, one of the estates, dealing with the court to obtain a "License to Sell". Ryan was a valuable asset the entire process. At times I thought knew more than the lawyers. IMO, Ryan went above and beyond. I definitely received what the property was worth given it's condition. Developers were more than ready to low ball until Ryan was brought on board. Due to distance, I wasn't able to get to the property often. Ryan took care of things so I didn't need to spend a day getting to the property and back. I cannot recommend him enough.
Bonnie and Charlie are true professionals. They were in constant communication with me regarding the sale of my home and took care of the small things like letting the buyer tour the space as well as taking care of the items like smoke detector inspection and other logistics of the sale.
My experience with Chris was fantastic! He is a constant professional with great communication skills and very insightful advice. I would not hesitate to recommend him to any friend or family member!

We loved working with Daniela! She really met us where we were at and was supportive through every step of the process. She helped me feel grounded in such a stressful process and really guided through areas that we were uncertain about. I could tell that she really cares about us and wanted us to feel that care and ease throughout every step. Two friends of mine have also worked with Daniela and also couldn’t recommend her more!
I knew Nike from a mutual friend and when I started to look for my first home to own, it made all the sense to work with her. I can say my experience was great - she was patient and not pushy and really just wanted you to find the right home for yourself, which is good in a sea of realtors who only cared about making money! Fast forward to today, I still own the condo and we’re still good friends. I would definitely recommend Nike for rentals, which she also has a lot of experience with, and buying a home, or whatever your situation is.
Working with Kevin is always a dream. His dedication and commitment is present at every step of the way. He’s proactive and thoughtful, always picks up and has assembled a great team. We loved working with him, thank you Kevin!

We recently worked with Daniela buying a Boston condo. As an out of state buyer her knowledge of the Boston neighborhoods was in measurable. Her willingness to attend and video open houses when we were unable to be in town was fantastic! Daniela helped us understand the condo buying process and guided us in knowing what to look for and expect. From start to finish she stayed in touch, was always available and on top of things. On closing day she arrived with paper products, hand soap and cleaning supplies that always seem to be packed when needed most and an extremely nice gift to use for years to come!! Daniela went above and beyond for us and we will certainly work with her again when the time comes to sell.
