There truly aren’t enough words to express how grateful I am to Mike for helping me sell my childhood home. This was so much more than a real estate transaction. Michael was great to work with. He was always communicative, showed up and got things done on time, and made the whole home buying process easy. Michael got us a great deal on our home that we were confident in based on the comparable sales he found in the area. He managed the deal very well. I appreciate that he did a lot of things for us and allowed us to focus on just finding the right home. One moment that stuck out to me, was when we were going through the home inspection phase. I was talking to the home inspector and made an off hand comment about how it’d be nice if the stove was gas instead of electric. Our conversation moved on, but about 15 minutes later Michael had called the gas company and gotten a breakdown of what it would cost for us to switch, if we wanted to do that in the future. It was little things like that that really set Michael apart from the rest.

Michael brought years of experience and a kind communication style providing guidance and support through the entire process. His knowledge about best practices and recognizing “red flags” helped us make informed decisions that ultimately got us the best sales price. I highly recommend him.

If I could give more stars I would. We worked with Mike for many months to find the right home for us and at no point did we feel like a bother or like we were pressured to make a hasty decision. When we did find the right home, we worked together to form a plan and make an informed decision, ensuring we had all the necessary context and information to make a strong offer. Throughout the closing process Mike ensured we had the right conversations and had access to all the right resources to set us up for success. During closing, we had to deal with something extremely stressful on our side and the entire time Mike help us navigate the situation, staying in constant communication with us, the seller agent, and our attorney. In the end we closed and got the keys that day. Just cannot say enough kind words about Mike’s professionalism and knowledge. It made us think how true professional real estate must be a round-the-clock thing, because so much can come up at any time, but Mike had our backs the whole time. 1000 out of 10.
