He did things above and beyond his responsibilities, such as patch a small outlet hole in the kitchen the buyer wanted, as well as move the washer and dryer, and a large storage rack down to the storage area because the seller had requested this. I inherited a property involved in a "Life Estate". Well, my late wife and late brother in law inherited it, I'm dealing with their estates. Everything was a mess, the house, one of the estates, dealing with the court to obtain a "License to Sell". Ryan was a valuable asset the entire process. At times I thought knew more than the lawyers. IMO, Ryan went above and beyond. I definitely received what the property was worth given it's condition. Developers were more than ready to low ball until Ryan was brought on board. Due to distance, I wasn't able to get to the property often. Ryan took care of things so I didn't need to spend a day getting to the property and back. I cannot recommend him enough.
