Rita is knowledgable, professional and kind. She anticipates our needs well. She's a great problem solver and tries hard to make the process go smoothly, whether you are the buyer or seller. She's a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her. This is our fourth real estate transaction with her and I wouldn't use anyone else!

This is the second time we have used Rita and she continues to deliver exceptional service. Rita is extremely responsive and fights hard to make sure you're getting the best deal. She is thorough in her research and has a long list of experts to help with any issue. We will continue to use Rita for any real estate needs going forward!

About mid March of 2025 my wife and I decided to move from Brookline to Salt Lake City to be closer to family. I contacted Christina by email and she got back to me almost immediately. We discussed the time-line and put together a plan. De-clutter and start preparing the property for an early May open house. We had occupied that condo for 17 years. A lot to get done in order to get move in a couple of months. She was never pushy but kept in contact with us to make sure we would be ready for the May showing. We got it cleaned up a bit and started packing. She had wonderful photos taken and we had a successful open house. Not a lot of traffic on the first day but 2 days later we had a couple of nice offers from folks that would benefit from living in that property. Young couple with a child in an urban location where the schools are great and the students can walk to school. Christina is about community building as much as a business transaction. We had technical issues that peaked around the closing time but we got it done and she was there for every issue. Moving is stressful but she was able to make it happen and I have nothing but respect for her professionalism.

I’ve worked with Rita for two very different home purchases, both with fantastic results. For my current home, she was immediately available to come walk through the property and got our offer to the sellers in record time— with meaningful results. It is clear Rita knows her stuff, and she made us feel very comfortable in the sale process. I just knew she was taking care of everything and was working with my best interests in mind. I hope not to move anytime soon but if I do, I’ll be calling Rita!

As a first time home seller, it was clear I was in good hands with Rita. She provided great advice on staging the home, reviewing offers, and all of the steps in between. With her help, my home sold for over asking with a quick close.
