About mid March of 2025 my wife and I decided to move from Brookline to Salt Lake City to be closer to family. I contacted Christina by email and she got back to me almost immediately. We discussed the time-line and put together a plan. De-clutter and start preparing the property for an early May open house. We had occupied that condo for 17 years. A lot to get done in order to get move in a couple of months. She was never pushy but kept in contact with us to make sure we would be ready for the May showing. We got it cleaned up a bit and started packing. She had wonderful photos taken and we had a successful open house. Not a lot of traffic on the first day but 2 days later we had a couple of nice offers from folks that would benefit from living in that property. Young couple with a child in an urban location where the schools are great and the students can walk to school. Christina is about community building as much as a business transaction. We had technical issues that peaked around the closing time but we got it done and she was there for every issue. Moving is stressful but she was able to make it happen and I have nothing but respect for her professionalism.
