Katie is everything we were looking for in a real estate agent - knowledgeable, responsible, friendly, and extremely good at communications. I like how quickly she responds to my texts and emails, and we moved pretty fast on our home viewings/offers, as one had to do in a competitive market. Her input and strategy were critical in getting the sellers to accept our offer on a beautiful house. Now everything is worked out and we are extremely happy living in basically our dream home.
