While I've had experiences with other realtors who were more pushy, JoAnn provided a completely different experience. She was always available when I needed her, while also giving me the space I needed to make informed decisions. She was extremely thorough in answering all of my questions and consistently provided up-to-date information as soon as it became available. JoAnn was transparent, professional and supportive throughout the entire process and she made me feel comfortable and confident every step of the way.
