Anne-Marie's many years of experience helping people buy (& sell) homes was one of several reasons we chose her to help us find our vacation home. She's very familiar with the Cape, including Mashpee and New Seabury in particular where we were looking, and she was very knowledgeable and communicative while assisting us thru the search, offer, P&S and closing processes. Extremely nice and very knowledgeable about houses. She knew exactly what to look for in every house we looked at. If it were not for her I probably would of ended up in a house with a ton of problems.

Faun was the best you could hope for in a real estate agent. A great example: If there was a question she couldn't answer, we had what we needed within 24 hours, no matter how complicated the question or how many people she needed to ask. House buying is so uncertain as it is, and from past experience, I can't tell you how much I appreciated that; lack of information drives me nuts! She was also lovely and personable, with a charm missing from too many real estate agents. It was always clear she cared about *us* being happy, not the sale. If you've had it with stale, snarky agents (if you have to ask....!), I really can't recommend her enough!
