Faun was the best you could hope for in a real estate agent. A great example: If there was a question she couldn't answer, we had what we needed within 24 hours, no matter how complicated the question or how many people she needed to ask. House buying is so uncertain as it is, and from past experience, I can't tell you how much I appreciated that; lack of information drives me nuts! She was also lovely and personable, with a charm missing from too many real estate agents. It was always clear she cared about *us* being happy, not the sale. If you've had it with stale, snarky agents (if you have to ask....!), I really can't recommend her enough!

We recently sold our $1M+ home in Nashua, NH with Ed Flynn and Keller Williams. We saw immediate buyer traffic and were under contract in about 2 weeks after listing the house. From the very start, Ed was highly professional and very responsive. We were particularly impressed by the speed with which he could marshall effective third-party resources to help us with the extensive process of getting the house ready to sell such as home staging. key repairs, cleaning, photography, and videography. Critically, communications with Ed were easy and straightforward, providing considerable value-added during the negotiating process. Overall, we felt well supported and very happy with the outcome. We would use Ed and Keller Williams again.
