Chris Doherty went above and beyond to help me sell my property through a very difficult time in my life. Chris always answered my text messages , gave me feedback and is super knowledgeable about the real estate market. Chris also gave me recommendations for needed contractors and services. I am a retired real estate broker of over 40 years and I knew I had the best when Chris and I agreed to list my house.

Chris was referred to us by our daughter. He had done several deals with her. He brought us to two properties that fit our needs. He helped us negotiate the offer for the second one. Following his advice we got the home for less than we expected to pay, and less than the sellers bottom line. He made the entire process go smoothly. A terrific negotiator and easy to work with.

Selling our mom’s houses after she passed was a very emotional and overwhelming experience for my family. Chris was very compassionate, patient and professional through every step of the process.
