Chris was referred to us by our daughter. He had done several deals with her. He brought us to two properties that fit our needs. He helped us negotiate the offer for the second one. Following his advice we got the home for less than we expected to pay, and less than the sellers bottom line. He made the entire process go smoothly. A terrific negotiator and easy to work with.

Selling our mom’s houses after she passed was a very emotional and overwhelming experience for my family. Chris was very compassionate, patient and professional through every step of the process. Initially Chris met with our family as working with 6 differs personalities has it’s challenges and he wanted everyone to feel comfortable with the information he was providing and for them to be able to ask any questions they needed. Since we had much to do to prepare the houses for sale, Chris would check in to see how we were doing and asked if there was anything help in any way. When it came to the market visibility, Chris showed us how he could see the amount of views on our particular properties which helped us to decide if we needed to adjust our pricing or sit tight.the properties. He continually communicated as things progressed and was very transparent throughout the entire process. I would definitely use Chris Doherty again!

Chris is a great guy, he’s very knowledgeable about all things housing. He’s a very very busy guy and is available at seemingly all hours of the day. His team is very nice and knowledgeable as well. My wife and I did a VA loan and things went ok but unfortunately the lender we chose did not share a lot of information with them during the process. He and him team can get too busy that they may forget some stuff so definitely be prepared to do your own research and help them get things moving when it comes to certain things. Overall working with Chris and his team was great and I would absolutely do it again. I appreciate all his hard work and he is a very likable and approachable guy. Definitely the man in Lowell.
