Steve is the best in the business. Period. If you want someone who is a master negotiator and has 35 years of experience to navigate you through the process, call Steve. He has a team of fantastic painters, stagers and photographers and they got my house ready to put on the market in less than a week. It looked phenomenal and Steve negotiated multiple offers and I got way more than I expected. He was also my broker when I bought the property 11 years ago and he got me a great deal.
