When visiting a house, Chris and his team are great at looking at things through an "home inspection" lens, providing an indication of the state of the house and on what would need to be updated. Importantly, Chris his assessment of the property we bought was highly similar to that of the home inspector! He was also tremendously helpful in guiding us through the bidding process and the whole purchase process that followed. He communicated effectively with the seller's agent and others involved.
