We loved working with Chris and his team, including Adam and Vali. We would definitely work with them again! They are highly professional and always very quick to respond to texts and emails. If we had found another listing we were interested in, Chris provided helpful and honest feedback. This was of tremendous help to us for making the right choices on the property we wanted to buy. When visiting a house, Chris and his team are great at looking at things through an "home inspection" lens, providing an indication of the state of the house and on what would need to be updated. Importantly, Chris his assessment of the property we bought was highly similar to that of the home inspector! He was also tremendously helpful in guiding us through the bidding process and the whole purchase process that followed. He communicated effectively with the seller's agent and others involved. Another major advantage of working with Chris and his team is that the three of them have a whole list of contacts including electricians, plumbers, HVAC, and solar contractors that they can put you in contact with.
