Summary: I am a 1st time home seller who moved to California. Chris removed all the stresses of selling the home and gave key insights to pricing amd offers. I think it is almost impossible to out perform this man and his team. Market Knowledge: Chris is very knowledgeable on market prices as well as what is worth updating/repairing for a sale. Trustworthiness: I 100% have full confidence in Chris and his team. I knew nothing going in and they made it so smooth. Best part is he never, over charged me for anything. He didnt just give me fair prices for repairs, he exceedingly gave me great deals while I remained hands off on the matter. With this team, the process is a nice and simple one. Negotiation Skills: if you ever talk to Chris, youd know off the bat he has Golden negotiating skills. It is like he was born for this role. He got the offer higher, the inspection consecions lower and even the closing date to be sooner (i needed sooner closing due to tax reasons) all this while I was trying to just be over and accept a lower offer and say yes to anything. Professionalism: he is very personable and doesnt make up excuses. He just gets things done. Communication style: he was never hard to get a hold of but does better with calls from what i can tell. He keeps texts short but kept me updatedwith every part needed.
