I have know Debbie for many years as we both raised out kids in Lynnfield. I watched her she grew her real estate business over the years with a focus on always putting her clients first. While I am not one to usually mix business and pleasure, deciding to have Debbie list our family home of 27 years was an easy decision. She made the process stress free. She had the contacts for the title five inspection, the stager and cleaners. I did not have to find anyone on my own. She walked though the house with us several times with us and advised us what we needed to do before we listed it. When it came to pricing she explained why she priced it the way she did. We received offers over asking and we were very happy with the price the house sold for. When it came time for my husband and I to look at properties for our next chapter Debbie was very honest about what she though we should look at and what we should stay away from. We ended up finding a beautiful townhome. She helped my son who was a first time home buyer. She had so much patience as he trying to navigate what he should look at. He ended up purchasing a condo in June and is thrilled to be a home owner. I can't thank her enough for guiding my husband and I though the process as well as my son!

I could never explain how excellent, timely, caring, knowledgeable and experienced this team is. Nothing I tossed their way was a problem - the skunk that moved in. Smoke detectors even advising me on my new home’s septic tank financing circus. Phenomenal team well rounded - absolutely nothing is a problem with their experience . Julie was a great agent-- * kept me up to date with a curated list of properties that were coming onto the market that met my criteria, so I didn't waste my time looking at places that I wouldn't want to buy * warned me about issues on properties that I might not have been aware of * crafted several offers for likely houses, and kept a positive outlook when we were outbid * successfully helped me create an offer that was accepted * hung in there during an eventful period before closing *painted a lovely watercolor of my new house!
