I have know Debbie for many years as we both raised out kids in Lynnfield. I watched her she grew her real estate business over the years with a focus on always putting her clients first. We ended up finding a beautiful townhome. She helped my son who was a first time home buyer. She had so much patience as he trying to navigate what he should look at. He ended up purchasing a condo in June and is thrilled to be a home owner. I can't thank her enough for guiding my husband and I though the process as well as my son!

I could never explain how excellent, timely, caring, knowledgeable and experienced this team is. Nothing I tossed their way was a problem - the skunk that moved in. Smoke detectors even advising me on my new home’s septic tank financing circus. Phenomenal team well rounded - absolutely nothing is a problem with their experience . Julie was a great agent-- * kept me up to date with a curated list of properties that were coming onto the market that met my criteria, so I didn't waste my time looking at places that I wouldn't want to buy * warned me about issues on properties that I might not have been aware of * crafted several offers for likely houses, and kept a positive outlook when we were outbid * successfully helped me create an offer that was accepted * hung in there during an eventful period before closing *painted a lovely watercolor of my new house!

Judley was great! He was very informative on the many different areas involved in the sale of my home. He responded very quickly to all of my inquiries. I was very grateful and impressed. You won’t go wrong with him. He almost made the whole process enjoyable.
