She helped us pick the right price point to get a ton of traffic into the home with many bids over asking in only one weekend. Overall I feel we got a fair price for the home and was happy with how smoothly things went.

She was very knowledgeable about the homes we went to see - pointing out details like the age of the furnace or hot water tank, neighborhood details and even flight plans when we looked at one home close to a small airport.
