She was very knowledgeable about the homes we went to see - pointing out details like the age of the furnace or hot water tank, neighborhood details and even flight plans when we looked at one home close to a small airport. I selected Tim Garvey because he was referred to me by a relative who knew and worked with him and thought he was quite knowledgeable about real estate. He was there with us from the beginning and has never left our side regarding every aspects of purchasing our house. He was always punctual at each open house event and inspection, very reliable, knowledgeable, and a great negotiator. This was my first time purchasing a house, and I was scared about choosing and buying a house. However, he made the experience a wonderful one. She took us on a great home search tour that resulted in us finding the right house in just two days. She then helped us make sure we navigated the bid, inspection and closing process smoothly. She was quick to respond to questions and was knowledgeable, accessible, kind and a true joy to work with - making an otherwise stressful time memorable and enjoyable for our family!
