Michelle came to the house and provided her knowledge on how best to get the house ready for selling especially since it was over 20 years old and did not have many upgrades. She had someone come in and stage the house which made it even more beautiful. She did have many open houses which was helpful in getting it sold.

Michelle was wonderful to work with. She was highly recommend to us by someone who had also bought from her. We came to The Villages with less than a week to find a house, but thanks to Michelle sending us listings beforehand, we knew what we'd like to view. Even though it was between Christmas and New Years, she showed us every property we asked to see, and then some. Michelle help us find the perfect home for us. Even after the sale she has been a source of good information. We enjoyed her so much and we consider her a friend. We also highly recommend her!
