We did a long-distance purchase of our home in Ocala. We lived in New Jersey and did a lot of searching online and had the good fortune of meeting Danielle Smith. We came down for a week in May to scout the area and tour homes that Danielle lined up for us. It was a whirlwind trip but the homes Danielle found for us were great. Unfortunately, the two homes we put bids on fell through. That didn't discourage Danielle! She offered to do FaceTime/video visits of any houses we were interested in. She knew exactly what we wanted and went above and beyond to guide us through the process. We bought a home that we never set foot in based on Danielles' video and instinct!
