Kevin was wonderful to work with. He was very patient and caring. He would take the time to thoroughly explain the condition of the home and possible repairs. We were first time buyers so he also explained to us the process. Kevin negotiated for the seller to pay for the repairs of the home, we were very thankful! I was telling him how my kids love to play basketball and he surprised us with a basketball hoop when we got our home! Even after getting the home, Kevin made sure the utilities were set up to be turned on for us. I highly recommend Kevin!
