Working with Joni Saad was an outstanding experience! She was knowledgeable, very responsive, and truly had my best interests at heart. Her deep understanding of the market helped me sell my home at the right price, and her negotiation skills ensured I got the best price possible. Communication was seamless, and she always made me feel like a priority. She truly went above and beyond, and I walked away with a real friend. If you’re looking for a reliable, professional, and dedicated realtor, Joni Saad is your gal!

Joni is a must have realtor. She is attentive and hard working. She staged the house and went above and beyond to resolve issues and ensure our house sold. Joni took care of our house as if it were her own which was a huge comfort as we live out of state. We couldn’t have handled this process without her and so appreciate her thoroughness and thoughtfulness. She does her research and knows the market. We are so thankful we responded to a friend referral to use her and certainly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Phnx area.

In fact my husband and I could not come down from Canada to collect our personal items so Joni and her husband boxed up everything that we wanted from the house. That was a lot of extra work for them. We definitely picked a super realtor that cared about the situation we were in and we sure appreciate everything she did for us. Joni knows the real estate business and all the transactions went very smoothly, especially when it had to be done by email and in another country. Joni has a warm, outgoing, positive personality which is an asset when working with people.
