After inspection of the house it needed a new roof . Royal had a roofer I use his contractor they replace roof in a timely manner I was thankful for that and it facilitate the sale of the house .

Kimberly knew when a house was over priced and let us know when our request would be too much. She always knew repair costs and where we had room to negotiate. This is the 2nd home she has helped us purchase and will absolutely be calling Kimberly for the next property as well!
