I cannot say enough great things about Molly. Not only was she highly professional and knowledgeable at every turn, she is also a great person. Molly was not afraid to voice her opinions and provide thoughtful advice throughout the process, which we as new homebuyers very much appreciated. During the inspection and closing process, Molly fought incredibly hard and negotiated to ensure that our every need was covered, which has already paid dividends post-closure. She was always available and her communication methods and careful explanation of every facet of the process were invaluable to ensure we knew what we were being asked or agreeing to. I would highly recommend Molly to anyone in the market for a new home or property. Choosing her has our Agent has proven to be one of the best choices we’ve made.

Molly researched the housing market in our area, suggested a listing price and hosted a open house the day after we listed the house with her. Molly had 19 people attend the open house and sold our house for full price 3 days after it was listed. She arranged for a fast closing because we also had Molly as our buyers Realtor on the Townhouse we purchased on a contingency offer. Molly got both transactions to closing in 37 days! This was the Best Real Estate transaction we have ever experienced!
