Jonathan made me so happy he reduced the price of the house by 50,000 of the original purchase price and also negotiated 18,000 in credits from the seller for me the last realtor I used didn't know how to negotiate and didn't make me feel special. Jonathan (aka Cory) is the kind of realtor that goes above and beyond. Frankly, I'm not a fan of most realtors because they remind me of used car salesmen. Jonathan is genuine and in the end becomes more of a good friend than just your realtor. He works in your best interests whether that's good or bad for him.
