We are so grateful we chose Heather Shields and the Be New Orleans team to sell our house. This sale took a little longer than we anticipated, but Heather was there for us every step of the way, guiding us, supporting us, and keeping us encouraged throughout the process. Heather's professionalism, market knowledge, patience, and dedication made a stressful situation much easier to handle. She definitely went the extra mile for us. Leslie was awesome and supportive, too. In the end, we got it done, and we truly could not be happier with their work. Once we found our place, Bonnie helped us work with a challenging situation with the seller (who was also out of town) who had some damage to their condo. Bonnie helped us write a contract that gave us the buyer protection needed for the situation. Then she worked hand in hand with the seller’s agent to get the condo repairs finished, inspected, ready for close. She was very attentive in her communication style, and went over the top to get this sale closed. We are extremely happy with Bonnie and would recommend her to everyone we know.
