What an excellent agent and communicator. I needed reminders for each step in the process

"Moving such pain, but there is also a lot of joy in purging, rediscovering and thoughtfully putting away. Also you have an entire city to explore!" Quote from my Friend Michael Madsen ..who is also my broker in New Orleans So long story short Gregg and I and Urban Pump Personal Training Studio by Gregg Hoffman. We Purchased a property in NOLA ...What an adventure. If you need an expert Broker and some one who knows New Orleans, the good and amazing and challenging..look him up. I was a broker with Michael at Nostalgic homes in Denver 2006 to 2008. He was the best back then and his skills are even better now. He really cares about this area and it's communities. What I've learned is there are many, different comunties, neighborhood, festival, art and music. There is also a big interest in health here. I have always loved NOLA. I never thought I would have property here. Michael really helped me get through the frustration and the communication in the journey of working with lenders, sellers and my own wants and needs. We are so elated Thank you Michael Ps. We went through 3 different lenders, self employment offers its own challenges in investing in real estate. We were so pleased with the lender that helped us.
