Stephanie earned a Master's Degree in Public Administration from VCU in Richmond, VA and her a BA in Communications, Law, Economics, and Government from American University in Washington, DC. She worked in various forms of sales and marketing, including Public Relations and Business Development, before entering Real Estate. She enjoys volunteering in the community and New Orleans history. She and her family raise chickens, have two dogs, a cat and her parent's own a small equestrian center/stable. With a teaching certificate from Tulane University and M.Ed from UNO, I taught Economics and History for eight years in the New Orleans Public Schools. This path was upended when Hurricane Katrina forced the closure of the city’s public schools. Needing a source of income with my growing family, Realtor friends encourage me to join them as a real estate agent. Thought this was only a temporary career change till Booker T. Washington High School was rebuilt; yet, during the city's rebuilding years, I found those classroom skills opened up an exciting new path for me as a Realtor. Those teaching years proved to be quite helpful in guiding clients, thru research and action plans, as they turn their goals into reality. And, it's fun!
