Jacques's real estate career began as an administrative assistant for a broker in Baton Rouge, where he was immersed in the world of home design, building, and remodeling. This invaluable experience laid the groundwork for his passion for real estate, allowing him to master essential skills such as tracking sales, surveying land, assessing appraisals, and staging properties. By the age of 22, he discovered a field that truly excited him.
In his first year as an agent, Jacques achieved remarkable success, selling $12 million in real estate and earning the Rising Star award from Real Producers New Orleans in February 2020. He consistently closes over $6 to $7 million in sales annually and has been recognized in the Honor Society for BHHS Preferred Realtors. Jacques thrives in the challenge of listings, confident in his ability to achieve the highest prices for his sellers. His tireless work ethic ensures that his clients’ most valuable assets are in capable hands.
Jacques finds great joy in helping buyers discover their dream homes. He embraces the thrill of the hunt and understands that purchasing a home is one of life’s most significant investments. He approaches this responsibility with care, utilizing various strategies, including exploring off-market properties and networking with other agents to uncover hidden gems. Outside of real estate, Jacques is a proud father to his twin daughters, Giuliana and Francesca. He enjoys golfing, exploring architecture and interior design, and spending quality time with his family and his beagle, Coopy. As a proud Louisianian, Jacques is a devoted New Orleans Saints fan and loves fishing. Each year, he creates a travel bucket list filled with exciting destinations, with some of his favorite trips taking him to Positano, Rome, and Martha's Vineyard. Leading an exciting life, Jacques once met Pope Francis, shared a joke in Spanish, and enjoyed a delightful laugh that he will cherish forever!
