Tracey Moore ranks in the top 1% of all realtors in the Greater New Orleans area. She became a real estate agent in 2003 and started Wirth-Moore Realty, LLC, in 2005, diligently building her company into one of the most successful boutique real estate brokerages in the city. In 2018, in order to offer agile, unparalleled service, cutting-edge marketing and design resources, and the latest in seamless technology -- she joined forces with three other top producers and long-time friends to form Rêve | Realtors.
Tracey’s background is as varied and interesting as she is. Raised in New Orleans, she graduated from St. Martin’s Episcopal School and Louisiana State University. Adventurous and ambitious, she moved to New York and worked a whole host of quirky jobs, including as a driver for a celebrated interior designer, manager of a Ben & Jerry’s ice cream store, personal assistant to famous actors, and dog trainer to the stars. She also worked with hair & makeup artists and at Calvin Klein’s in-house advertising agency. But New Orleans lured her home in 2002, and soon after, she began selling real estate.
For generations, Tracey’s family had invested in real estate across the city, from homes in Old Metairie to properties in the Central Business District. In fact, the Lafayette Hotel on St. Charles Avenue and the former Wirth Building on Canal Street were developed by her great-grandfather – and she realized that a life in real estate was in her blood.
Tenacious, gregarious and always on, Tracey claims (and her friends and family can attest) that she has no off button. Her lifelong connections allow her to network in such a way that she knows which properties are going to be available before they’re on the market. Because she’s out and about, she hears about deals at dinners and parties, is always in search of information that benefits her clients, and makes deals happen.
A persistent researcher, she relishes tracking down specific styles and properties; she helped one client find his dream mid-century modern home, even though it wasn’t on the market -- because she knew the owner would be amenable to selling. Another client half-jokingly warns, “Don’t call Tracey until you’re ready – because she’s like a dog with a bone.” And she’s proud to have a 92% repeat and referral rate.
From first-time home buyers and large investors to multi-unit complexes and historic luxury homes, Tracey loves them all. A skilled negotiator and experienced communicator, she’s committed to the well-being of her clients and her community, giving back a portion of every commission she earns to local charities and non-profit organizations.
Tracey has a large circle of friends that she enjoys socializing with (including an awful lot of clients who have become friends), and her passions outside of work include the Saints, the Saints, and oh yeah, the Saints.

Simply The Best
I actually don’t know where to begin. Tracey helped me buy my home during the pandemic- it was the first home she showed me and there were 11 offers on the home. With her expertise and guidance , I had the winning bid and got my beautiful home. Five years later, I was selling the home and there was no one other than Tracey that I would have considered as my agent. She met with me multiple times, listened as I shed tears because I had loved the home , renovated it with great love and had not expected to leave NOLA so soon. She helped me navigate every step of the process and had immense patience with my many questions and maniacal nature to make everything just right. I am sure I was a congenial but not the easiest client. Tracey is simply the quintessential professional and even more importantly, a genuinely honest, loving, wonderful human being . She brings that personal integrity into every interaction in her professional life. I sold my home to the first couple who saw it- they loved the home and I am so grateful to Tracey for finding a family that would love the home as much as I had. I am now in a new city and have a wonderful agent. However, he is nowhere near as spectacular as Tracey. There simply won’t be another individual as remarkable as she. She is singular. If you are looking to buy or sell in NOLA, you would be lucky to have her as your agent.

The best! Tracey and her team were incredibly efficient, effective, kind and helpful from start to finish. Tracey’s knowledge, and the communication by the entire team is impeccable. The whole process- from readying the house to listing to managing the sale was managed by Tracey when we lived in a different state, and the process was seamless. Tracey was amazing, intuitive and respectful.
Tracey communicated with me through the whole process in a way that made sense to me. She priced my house exactly where we needed to start and many agents commented that the price was right on target. I trusted Tracey because her honestly showed up in ways that were raw and vulnerable when she didn't necessarily need to but there was just no other way for her to be.

The sale of our much loved home could not have gone better
Tracey is a thorough professional and appreciates the unique New Orleans market. She understood what was special about our much loved home and guided us in preparing for a smooth sale. She knew what we could or should improve on the property and was instrumental in helping us secure and complete the improvements within our budget. Selling a home is stressful but I think Tracey made it as smooth as possible. She is organized, experienced, and prompt. She is a good communicator. We felt confident with Tracey at the helm!
