Since Licensed in 2011, Steve Richards has proudly represented Sellers, Buyers, Lease-Holders and Developers with Residential and Commercial Real Estate in the Historic French Quarter and Greater New Orleans Area. Along with Byron Kennedy, Steve and Byron are committed to providing exceptional service to clients throughout every stage of their real estate experience. Over the years, Steve has gained numerous real-estate awards and company recognition. Top of The Latter Award multiple years, a position in the Top 30 and received the Elite Sales/Leasing Award as Top Leasing Agent from 2012 to 2026. In 2012 he was honored as New Orleans Realtor Rookie of the Year, his first full year being in the business. About Shelley

I am a New Orleans native, currently living and working in the French Quarter. I have a deep appreciation for our historic neighborhoods and properties, and I've been actively involved in numerous condo developments, as well as condo, residential, and commercial properties, with a special emphasis on the French Quarter. Before becoming a Realtor, my background was in sales and marketing. I spent two years in Kyiv, Ukraine, during the reconstruction period of the New Republics. Initially, my role was to implement a cellular and paging company, but I soon became involved in the purchase and business development of the first privatized radio station in Ukraine. This led to the acquisition of nine additional stations across the country. During this time, I also worked in real estate development in Kyiv. I have been a licensed Louisiana Realtor since 2003 and have received multiple Gold and Platinum Sales Awards from both Latter & Blum and the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors. Real estate is a family passion, as both my mother and grandfather were Realtors. I have been fortunate to receive numerous sales and achievement awards, including being recognized as the Top Sales Agent of Latter & Blum’s Historic Districts office for multiple years and winning the Super Star award from the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors. I genuinely enjoy getting to know my clients and providing them with the best possible service. My extensive knowledge of the city is a significant asset. Historic buildings are a particular interest of mine, and I find it incredibly rewarding to be involved in the preservation of our great city. I also have experience with commercial properties, including hotels, restaurants, and bars.

Best Agent in the city!

Reena is the best! Reena is so knowledgeable, honest, and sincere. She truly has her clients best interest at heart.
