Reena sold a condo for me in New Orleans. It sold the first weekend but the deal did not survive home inspection. She did not get discouraged, she regrouped and resumed with the same enthusiasm. After six months of frequent showings, we finally made the sale. Reena remained positive and upbeat throughout the ordeal. For years, Steve Richards (and Byron Kennedy) have kept my three French Quarter units rented with excellent tenants...always on the sidelines to help when needed. When it was time to sell, Steve came through even though the market was slow. There were some VCC repairs and other hurdles to jump before closing, but Steve's advice, expertise and rapport with the tight-knit French Quarter real estate community made the whole sale process smooth and easy. I always felt in good hands with Steve, he knows what he's doing.
