Villere Realty, LLC

From start to finish, our experience working with Sean Gerowin to sell our home was everything we could have hoped for. He was very professional and possesses a wealth of knowledge of the New Orleans market. Too, he was always communicative & quick to respond, happy to answer any questions that came up and showed great creativity in coming up with mutually beneficial solutions. Another aspect we really appreciated was how seemless the negotiations process and closing were. We had a very positive experience all around and would highly recommend Sean to anyone looking for a skilled partner in buying & selling here in New Orleans!

Sean worked with us for six months to find a house that fit for us. He also has lots of local connections for repair, which is so important for buyers like us coming in from other locations. After the sale, he’s still connected and continuing to help us navigate repair and getting settled in the city. Highly recommend!

Sean was very communicative. He went far beyond what he was required to do with helping with contractors and the inspection response. Having used other real estate agents in the past, I know that Sean was fully engaged in every aspect. A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Sean Gerowin was an outstanding real estate agent, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. What stood out most was his responsiveness. No matter the question or concern, he was always quick to reply and made us feel like we were his top priority. Throughout the entire process, Sean was with us every step of the way. Whenever a challenge came up, he approached it with creativity, thoughtfulness, and practical solutions. He never made us feel overwhelmed—he simply helped us work through each decision with confidence. Buying or selling a home can be stressful, but Sean’s professionalism, dedication, and steady guidance made the experience so much easier. We are incredibly grateful for everything he did and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely caring real estate agent.

As mentioned above, this was our second real estate transaction in New Orleans with Sean, and we cannot recommend him more highly. Sean keenly knows the city and its people, and his great positive attitude makes him a pleasure to work with and know as a friend. My wife and I greatly appreciate his promptness in addressing questions or issues, and his experience in the market coupled with his level-headed approach provided us with someone in whom we were supremely confident. His commitment to ensuring that we understood every step of the process as well as his steady guidance helped make our sale flawless. He is a person who we trust and would refer to anyone seeking to buy or sell a home in this city. Having bought and sold multiple properties in New Orleans and in California, we have never had a realtor as great as Sean. He's the man.

I highly recommend Sean to anyone looking to buy or sell in the region. Since I live out of state, his exceptional communication and incredible attention to detail kept me completely at ease throughout the entire process. He went far beyond the call of duty, personally assisting with property repairs and moving items to ensure everything was perfect. Thanks to his dedication, we secured the quick sale we desired, and I am incredibly grateful for his help.
